Il post di Fabiola Mancinelli pone l’accentro, secondo il suo modo di vedere, sulla distinzione netta tra recupero del centro storico di Guardia Sanframondi e il recupero del sapere riguardante i Riti settennali di penitenza. Per lei i due obiettivi camminano su binari separati e rimane scettica sulla mia affermazione che “la sola soluzione praticabile, per il recupero del centro antico, sia l’inserimento dei Riti nella lista dell’Unesco”. Per lei l’inserimento nell’elenco del patrimonio Intangible Heritage does not provide funding to hoc . In my previous post on this blog in October 2009 indicated four priorities to be activated immediately and suggested that:
